In this course, we will look at the procedures and timescales for the Contractor to submit quotations through to when a compensation event is implemented.
At the end of the course, learners will be better able to:
- Explore what the Service Manager’s response to a quotation should be, including why, when and how the Service Manager makes their own assessment of the compensation event.
- Consequently, learners will be better able to fulfil their obligations under the contract.
